Blue Butterfly Pea Flowers – 10g

Blue butterfly pea tea/Tisane!

• Take 2-3 Bluebutterfly pea flowers and add it to a glass of boiling water.
• Immediately switch off the flame after adding the flowers and close it with a lid.
• Let it infuse(Do not boil the flowers with water as it can cause nutrient loss)
• You can consume this warm by adding few drops of lemon,honey and mint or Rosemary leaves.

(This bright blue coloured tea which turns into wonderful purple drink on adding a few drops of lemon)

Note:Consume only 2-3 times a week.

AS A HAIR RINSE:

This bright tea can be used as a hair rinse post hair wash.Gives a good shine to the hair.

IN COOKING:

Can be added with rice while cooking and enjoy the blue rice meal.The coloured rice can be use to make tasty and appealing pulao.
