But,Having curry leaves in this way is definitely way too tasty and healthy…Trust me,I have been there 🥲

To make Curry leaves buttermilk

• Take a glass of Buttermilk
• Add a tablespoon of our Curry leaves powder or fresh curry leaves
• Incase of adding powder,just mix and drink
• If you are using fresh leaves ,grind them in a mixer and have it. Try not to strain!
• You can also add a tsp of jeera ,pepper or ginger to the drink!
• Have this drink atleast once a day( Preferably after lunch for a month )to see visible results!

Increases the Bio availability:

• Having curry leaves along with Buttermilk not only enhances the taste but also increase the bio availability of the nutrients in curry leaves and it is best to have this way. Remember those summer days where our mom will give buttermilk along with curry leaves ,cumin seeds literally every day after lunch.
