How to consume?
For 2 Glass(100ml each)
1)Take a tbsp of the health mix and mix it with water(1 glass) without any lumps.
2)Make it as a porridge by boiling the mixture for 5 mins.
3)Stir continuously until it boils and thickens
4)Switch off the flame
5)Add a glass of milk or water & adjust the consistency.
6)Add salt or jaggery or sugar and serve while hot.
Milk free and sugar free version:
1)Take a tbsp of the health mix and mix it with water(1 glass) without any lumps.
2)Make it as a porridge by boiling the mixture for 5 mins.
3)Stir continuously until it boils and thickens
4)Add a glass of water,a pinch of salt & adjust the consistency to runny drink.
5)Switch off the flame & Serve.
Consume daily a glass either along with breakfast or in the evening instead of tea or coffee.
