• Take a tsp of the powder and mix it with a glass of buttermilk along with a pinch of salt.

• You can have this drink post lunch or as brunch.It is not advisable to drink this on empty stomach or with water.

• You can also have this powder with warm water but it wont taste good.

• A tsp of the powder can be added along with sambar,Dals,Sabji,Roti dough,Dosa batter.

• This helps with easier moringa intake.

• One tsp a day is enough for one adult. Don’t over use!
