Our Virgin coconut oil is traditionally processed.It takes around 55 Coconuts to get 15 litres of Coconut milk.The coconut milk is then fermented overnight to get thick coconut malai.The coconut cream will be churned and separated from its whey.The entire process is so similar to that of Homemade ghee preparation.The Coconut cream is then boiled at a specific temperature to get the pure Virgin Coconut oil.

To test the purity:

Keep the bottle in Refrigerator for 1 hour and you can see the entire oil gets solidified.Since, there is no adulteration and sulphur usage in the oil, you can get white and pure Solidified Coconut oil.
